Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible to plan, organize and control the activities of the company Capital Procurement & Services in order to approve and manage LNG commercial aspects of all purchasing and contracting activities in accordance with company standards, policies and procedures, Indonesian Law and project contract of work. While at the same time ensuring a high level of support service to user departments for contract bidding, negotiating, preparation, administration and management and applying an ethical, efficient, risk managed, consistent and cost effective approach at every stage of the process.
• To implement company values, vision and missions in the purchase of LNG commodities and services in order to meet company business requirements ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.  Be responsible to development, implementation, and supervision of policies and procedures application in accordance with company values, vision, and missions.
• To emphasis in determining strategies deemed necessary, document accuracy, LNG commodities receiving in remote sites and good coordination between the shipping companies, logistic and warehouse. 
• Responsible for contractual communication among sellers and other related parties in the implementation of LNG Sales Purchase Agreements (SPA) and ensured smooth coordination of LNG delivery. 
• Provided intelligence for purchasing strategies by maintaining close interaction/ collaboration among LNG network; Formulate Gas and LNG Pricing; Perform Market Research.
• Supply chain procurement business as a whole includes contracting for a full range of LNG commodities and services; Participate in contract drafting process.
• Managed operational and commercial risks in LNG delivery by creating annual programs consisting of cargo scheduling, credit supports, customs/ regulatory requirement, custody transfer, and LNG valuation in order to minimize the impact to the company and ensured the smooth contractual implementation
• Managed the implementation of LNG SPAs to achieve the optimum value, applied minimum costs and avoided commercial damages/ risks. Led commercial and operational review in preserving company’s benefit and fulfilling contractual obligations.
• Managed and ensured the accurate cargo administration, invoicing, and payment, within contractual time line in coordination with Finance.
• Managed close coordination within LNG scheduling team in integrating annual delivery programs and contractual flexibility options into LNG supply chain optimization strategies. Led the communication to sales in securing the implementation of LNG procurement optimization strategies
• Lead contractual review and settlement of procurement’s obligation at delivery terminals and downstream gas pipelines, i.e. marine coordination agent, excess port charges, fuel reimbursement, demurrage, boil off gas, and other costs and amended the contract in coordination with Finance and Legal team.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor Degree in business, law, engineering, supply chain or equivalent; Post Graduate Degree or other International Certifications in Supply Chain Management
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in procurement, logistics, and contract management in LNG commercial with a minimum 5 of those years working in a managerial position (Manager/ Superintendent Procurement LNG)
• Full understanding of effective supply chain business processes, procedures and technology; Background and experience in developing strategic long term project planning and relationship building.
• Sound understanding of relevant Indonesian business, legal system, company law, immigration, manpower, tax, importation, mines and energy regulations.
• Well refined presentation building and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate
