Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle: from sourcing and screening; to selection, salary proposal, offer and on-boarding in an efficient and professional
  • Build a candidate pool who are potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management and be able to recruit passive candidates and build good recruitment pipeline
  • Collaboration with local schools, communities, and government to increase talent attraction and fulfillment
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve working relationships, increase productivity and retention

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Has experience minimum in 7 years as recruiter
  • Expert to recruit Engineering & Product team for VP up Level
  • Understanding of full cycle recruitment process
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to working independently and has leadership skills
