Responsibilities :

1. Team Management:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the IBC, Drum, and Isotank washing team.

• Provide training and support to staff on IBC, drum & Isotank cleaning procedures and safety protocols.

• Monitor team performance, conduct performance evaluations, and address issues

2. Operational Supervision:

• Ensure that all IBC, drum & Isotank washing processes are carried out in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.

• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, including problems encountered and their resolution.

• Ensure management of IBC, Drum & Isotank washing waste according to company procedures.

• Ensure the implementation of 5S in the IBC, Drum, and Isotank washing work area.

3. Equipment Maintenance:

• Supervise the maintenance and repair of IBC, drum, and Isotank washing equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines.

• Coordinate with maintenance personnel for major repairs or replacements.

4. Quality Control:

• Monitor cleaning quality and ensure all IBCs, drums, and Isotanks meet established cleanliness standards.

• Implement and enforce quality control procedures to prevent contamination and ensure safety.

5. Health and Safety:

• Ensure that all cleaning operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

• Enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols.

• Conduct regular safety meetings and drills to maintain a safe work environment.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare and submit regular reports on cleaning operations, including incidents, equipment problems, or process improvements.

• Maintain accurate records of cleaning procedures, maintenance activities, and inventory levels.

7. Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Keep yourself updated with industry best practices and advances in drum washing technology.

Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor's Degree – Mechanical Engineering
• Have a minimum of 5 years in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of drum washing processes, equipment, and safety standards.
• Have leadership, integrity, and communicative skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
• Understand the quality management system and K3.
• Fluent in English and proficient in literacy.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Merak–Banten.
• Full-time position(s) available.
