Refinery Development Master Plan Project is comprised of Revamp of existing units, the construction of a new license unit, and a non-licensed unit (for ISBL) as well as new offsite and utilities (Os&Us) in Pertamina RU V Balikpapan located in Balikpapan East Kalimatan. The Project focuses on the need to modernize the refining configuration and capabilities to produce more gasoline and other products by converting the residue of fuel oil into more valuable products, primarily gasoline and diesel. Integrated performance management, as part of the ICSS, will be implemented to improve the quality of service and production reliability of the refinery.

Piping Engineer/Supervisor

Requirements:

1. Supervise subcontractors directly on-site, ensuring compliance with project requirements and standards.
2. Possess a Bachelor's or Diploma Degree in any Engineering major.
3. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Piping Supervisor or Engineer in construction, preferably in EPC companies for refinery or power plant projects.
4. Experienced in Piping Hydrotest preparation and execution at site.
5. Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and PDF software applications.
6. Fluency in written and spoken English.
7. Preferred domicile in the Balikpapan region.

Role & Responsibilities:

• A/G Piping Construction supervision
• Monitoring and controlling subcontractor’s activities related to piping construction implementation and standard.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely befitting the high standard of EPC and must be strictly followed.
• Managing piping work at site

• A/G Piping schedule management
• Provide work method analysis, scheduling, and cost for piping construction activities.
• Planning and execution of piping work to ensure maximum productivity within optimum quality.

• Progress reporting support
• Conduct daily report activities at site.

• Coordination and controlling direct manpower.
• Efficiently coordinate and allocate direct manpower resources to various tasks, projects, or job sites to ensure optimal utilization of labor.
• Implement robust control measures to monitor workforce productivity, attendance, and performance, and take necessary actions to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
