Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring in Law
• Minimum 5 years experience as supervisor legal.
• Experience in analytical competence, civil code, negotiation & KLHK regulation​
• Proficient in English​
• Placement in Jakarta​

Key Roles:​

• Analyze applicable regulations and provide relevant information to find out the options that the Company can take when an issue or legal problem arises and ensure that the company's operational activities can run smoothly.​
• Develop and review commercial contract sharing every day to ensure that the Company's rights and obligations are fulfilled.​
• Ensuring the validity of company data so that company documents provided by other divisions contain accurate and most up-to-date company data.​
• Perform document control so that Company documents can be used properly by other divisions.​
• Checking data in company reporting documents that will be submitted to the relevant agency in order to fulfill the company's compliance obligations based on applicable regulations
