Task & Responsibilities

• Significant experience in Reviewing Contracts with Customers Regarding (circuits, Internet & Collocation Agreements) and vendors (third-party and Building Management).
• Provide drafting, reviewing to finalizing corporate actions & special projects.
• Provide drafting and reviewing contracts regarding transactions & financing documents
• Provide drafting and reviewing such as letters, power of attorney, notifications 
• Evaluate any Company's Corporate actions and strategic project 
  Coordinate with external counsel, vendor/supplier, Government, Notary, Group/Affiliate Counsel & Lawyers.

Requirements

• Minimum Master's Degree in Law (S2), Majoring in Corporate Law/Business Law/Civil Law
• Minimum of 7 years experience in Telecommunication Law, Capital Market Law, and Company Law.
• Have knowledge in UU Perseroan Terbatas, Law of Financing, SITAC
• Have strong leadership skills and can work in a team
• Have strong analytical skills to manage legal risks and deal with dispute resolution. 
• Ability to interpret Supervisors' suggestions and effectively communicate any legal requirements such as legal contracts & legal advice
• Ability to determine the flaws and risks of every clause in the Contracts and Corporate Action.
• Able to identify hazards related to OHS & environmental protection (K3LH) within its scope of work.
