• Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
• Mastering and knowing the process of foreign capital investment.
• Protect and provide services to the company with best of litigations practices.
• Assure all the permit and licenses are valid, comply with regulation and manage in the most efficient way in order to gain positive value to the company.
• Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority.) creating relations of trust and mutual relationship.
• Review and Conducting LDD for Take over Process
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
• To ensure all company license are up to date and handling renewal of the license; including land permit and related permit.
• Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legal and permit matters.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree majoring Law with minimum GPA 3.00, or Master Degree would be an advantage
• Have PERADI/PKPA Certification 
• Age 30-45 years old
• Minimum 5 years experience as Legal & Permit in Managerial level on Mining / Manufacture / Contruction company
• High Integrity is A MUST
• Good Knowledge for OSS System
• Responsible for Corporate Contract Documents
• Strong Legal & Permit Experiences in Corporate Law, Land Acquisition and Land Permit, Litigation
