Job responsibilities:

1. Provide IT consulting and solution services for enterprise customers based on the company's risk control, anti-fraud and other products, and assist sales in providing pre-sales consulting according to industry characteristics and laws;

2. Provide pre-sales and technical support for the project, including business consultation, program planning and explanation, product demonstration, bid preparation, and guidance on sales work;

3. Produce and train product sales tools, including industry solutions, presentation materials, customer cases, competing product analysis, etc.

4. Train sales personnel on pre-sales product knowledge, industry knowledge and presentation skills;

5. Assist the implementation department in completing customer requirement confirmation, system implementation and project acceptance;

6. Organize and coordinate POC projects, control testing progress and quality, and support POC summary reports;

7. Assist in the planning and execution of marketing activities, and develop regional market expansion strategies;

8. Feedback customer product improvement needs to the product department to enhance product Market Share.

 

Job requirements:

1. Work location: Jakarta, English can be used as the working language;

3. Bachelor's degree or above, with a complete knowledge framework and system thinking, familiar with risk control, big data, machine learning, data mining, AI, modeling and other related technologies;

More than 3 years of experience in planning or consulting, with experience in credit risk, anti-fraud risk, and Big data security preferred.

5. Strong pre-sales expertise, understanding of the development trends and trends of the financial technology risk control industry, experience in the financial technology field is preferred;

6. Good communication skills and proposal writing skills, good at summarizing and analyzing, able to solve problems encountered by customers in the process of product use;

7. Positive and optimistic, strong communication skills, with strong learning ability, XFN communication ability and teamwork ability, and rich pre-sales consultation and bidding experience;
