Cloud Migration Solution Architect: CCNP requested, English is must  

Job responsibilities :
1. In-depth understanding of the business scenarios and architectures of key domestic& overseas customers, cooperate with customer operation and maintenance/IT, application architecture and other personnel, sort out and analyse the existing architecture of customers, and provide optimisation suggestions and strategic planning; 
2. Benchmarking overseas mainstream cloud vendors, complete competitive product analysis, based on the capabilities of Tencent Cloud platform, design and provide feasible migration implementation plans for customers, promote solution implementation, PoC testing and final migration implementation; 
3. Continue to deepen the understanding of domestic & overseas migration scenarios, and promote back-end research and development to optimise product internationalisation through competitive product comparison and case precipitation;
4. Hand over to the after-sales team after the migration order is placed, and complete the subsequent service acceptance of customers on Tencent Cloud; 
5. Responsible for the update and maintenance of migration cases and technical solutions, the output of project summary documents, and related preaching work; 
6. Migration tool planning and design, continue to help customers improve cloud efficiency !

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of practical experience in Internet product operation and maintenance/DBA/container/network or development, architecture design, and related configuration and on-site implementation and delivery; 
2. Familiar with common Internet components and frameworks and specialise in at least one direction: system and virtualisation, webservce, micro-service container, network, cache, data, and mainstream web framework; 
3. Familiar with cloud service system, including Iaas, Paas and Saas products, and have a deep understanding of at least one of them;
4. Have certain project management experience, good at promoting the implementation of complex cross-departmental projects and strong ability to get results; 
5. Have strong stress resistance and execution ability, and can accept a certain frequency of business trips, excellent customer service awareness, rigorous work attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
6. Have excellent English communication skills , teamwork experience, professionalism and learning ability; 
7. Priority will be given to those who have passed Tencent Cloud or other overseas cloud vendors' technical certification or equivalent qualification certification.
