We are looking for Sales Executive who motivated, organized, and creative individual. Having ability to facing the challenges identify business opportunities, and close business deal. 

  • Requirements :
  1. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required. 
  3. 1+ years' of sales or account management experience. 
  4. Prior experience in the GPS or fleet industry is a plus, but not required. 
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas, proposals and products effectively.
  6. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management and organization skills. 
  8. Have a good analytical thinking, a good problem solver, detail-oriented and good listener. 
  9. Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or similar roles. 
  10. Target Oriented.
  • Job Desc : 
  1. Identifies market requirements in relation to the solutions and products in the company’s portfolio.
  2.  Hunt new customers, create and arrange meeting also following up on existing and new customers. 
  3. Approach prospect customers and perform prospecting activities such as selling GPS Tracker (Arobs TrackGPS), networking, cold calling, and do door-to-door sales.
  4. Handle sales order processing, maintain relationship with existing and or prospective customers to achieved sales target. 
  5. Preparing quotations for new and existing customers and responding to all requests for quotes. 
  6. Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings. 
  7. Having wide networks in Logistic Industrial or any related industry. 
  8. Update CRM and manage sales pipeline with new leads, existing prospects, qualified leads and closed deals.
