We are looking for Sales Executive who motivated, organized, and creative individual. Having ability to facing the challenges identify business opportunities, and close business deal.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
- 1+ years' of sales or account management experience.
- Prior experience in the GPS or fleet industry is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas, proposals and products effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good time management and organization skills.
- Have a good analytical thinking, a good problem solver, detail-oriented and good listener.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or similar roles.
- Target Oriented.
- Identifies market requirements in relation to the solutions and products in the company’s portfolio.
- Hunt new customers, create and arrange meeting also following up on existing and new customers.
- Approach prospect customers and perform prospecting activities such as selling GPS Tracker (Arobs TrackGPS), networking, cold calling, and do door-to-door sales.
- Handle sales order processing, maintain relationship with existing and or prospective customers to achieved sales target.
- Preparing quotations for new and existing customers and responding to all requests for quotes.
- Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings.
- Having wide networks in Logistic Industrial or any related industry.
- Update CRM and manage sales pipeline with new leads, existing prospects, qualified leads and closed deals.
