Responsibilities :
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Create and implement Employee training programs.
- Assist in performance Management processes.
- Support the Management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Socialize corporate policies to all site employees to create a conducive industrial relationship between employees and the company.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter for minimum 1 year
- Excellent organizing abilities
- Keen attention to details
- Excellent with Microsoft Office
- Good understanding of Human Capital principles and practices
