Responsibilities:
• Building strong relationships with priority customer
• Respond quickly to inquiries and concerns
• Priority customer data management
• Show empathy and understanding
• Provide personalized service
• Encouraging priority customer feedback and reviews
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in communication/management, or a related field with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in priority customer handling
• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationship
• Great attention to detail and a result driven approach
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Experience in hospitality industries is preferred
• Have a data processing-based knowledge and understand as well as interest in data analytic
• Ability to adapt in a fast pace environment
• Able to join as soon as possible
