Job Description:

• Manage recruitment operations for Mills fulfillment, cover project and expansion
• Centre of coordination all Mills/Manufacture recruitment 
• Analyze recruitment data & reporting
• Recommend new recruitment strategy based on the data gathered
• Manage process improvement, operations, ATS, system integration and recruitment project
• Provide provision of market talent insights, and translate data to be meaningful

Job Requirements:

• At least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Management/Psychology/Science/Engineering or equivalent
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in Recruitment field from Manufacturing / Plantation. 
• Strong project management and coordination with various stakeholders
• Able to manage massive hiring as well as executive search for senior level
• Willing to travel to Mill
• Fluent in English is a must
