Key Responsibilities

• Review agreements and/ or legal documents to solve legal issues.
• Overview and supervise legal documents and services. 
• Executing legal actions required and providing advice based on day-to-day issues.
• Interface with appropriate regulatory agencies, external and internal parties as necessary to support managers accomplish corporate objectives.
• Formulating report and plan for the team.
• Maintaining good communication with the surrounding area.
• Build communication & relationships with external parties.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related fields.
• Experienced in a law firm or with a litigation background would be preferable.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and the regulation of the hospitality industry.
• Highly skilled in legal analysis and writing.
• Excellent team player with good communication skills and ability to work with various departments and third parties.
• Superb organization skills, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Have a strong mentality.
• Willing to be placed in Cisarua Bogor.
