Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree majoring in law from a reputable university
• Outstanding academic credentials
• 2-3 years of experience with a law firm and/or in-house counsel
• Experience in the mining sector is compulsory
• Significant exposure to reviewing operational agreements, working with the government, and proven experience in handling licenses
• Ability to achieve satisfying results to meet demanding deadlines
• Proficient in written and conversational English
• Some travels expected
• Placement: Head Office, Jakarta

Key Roles:

• Drafting and reviewing operational agreements, corporate approvals, and other legal documents
• Conducting legal research
• Maintaining administration of the legal department including maintaining documentation and other documents
• Managing licenses of the group entities
• Liaising with governmental bodies
