As the Culture lead in Indonesia, you will actively drive awareness and commitment to the group's strategic direction among Allstars by promoting the adoption and alignment with AirAsia's culture and values.

The Opportunity:
You will oversee employee communication platforms to ensure effective and impactful delivery. By working proactively to enhance these channels, you will partner with the CEO and HODs to shape compelling and consistent messaging for employees.

Nurturing our Culture & Allstar Values begins from an employee’s first day. Your focus will include projects and initiatives covering onboarding, engagement feedback, well-being, recognition programs, and employer branding.

Your background:

• 3-4 years of experience in culture and employee engagement management.

• Demonstrated success in enhancing employee engagement and fostering company culture and values.

• Experience in creating effective onboarding programs.

• A collaborative communicator who can build trust, relationships, and support across all business levels.

• Proficiency in various communication methods, including multimedia, written, verbal, employee presentations, facilitation, and live streaming/broadcasting.
