Job Responsibilities: 

  • Create long-term product planning, vision, and strategy.  
  • Responsible for supervising and developing human resources and organizations in the Product Division in accordance with the company's goals and needs. 
  • Manage and adjust the planning, tasks, and activities of the entire Product team and related teams in accordance with the Product Roadmap. 
  • Responsible for managing, collaborating, and leading the Product team, Partners, and other Stakeholders to ensure alignment with the strategy and direction of overall product development. 
  • Explore and explore User needs with research, and various related activities such as FGDs, and others to explore and find key insights into user needs properly sourced from Products, Markets, Competitors, Customers, Prospects, and others. 
  • Decide on the features of the Product developed in accordance with the results of research and FGDs to meet user needs appropriately and quickly. 
  • Collaborate with Designers, Application Developers, and QA in Application Development and problem solving.  
  • Create metrics to measure, monitor, and analyze the success and results of features and Products developed in accordance with the goals and targets that have been made. 
  • Collaborate with vendors in every Project related to Development, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure that Application Operations and Development run well and smoothly, including providing input, reviewing, and evaluating proposals/action plans from vendors, and determining standards to ensure smoothness, integration readiness, and appropriate results. 
  • Prepare annual planning including finance, work programs, human resources, planning training, facilities, and infrastructure used as guidelines for company activities/operations. 
  • Create metrics/KPIs to measure and monitor the performance of the Product Division led. 

Job Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree. 
  • Product Management Framework, Process, and Methodology. 
  • Product Development Roadmap. 
  • Mastering Business Process and Product Life Cycle. 
  • Market Research, customer interviews, and user testing. 
  • Experienced UI/UX Designer. 
  • Understanding Quality Life Cycle Management. 
  • Familiar with Project Management with Agile Scrum Methodology.  
  • Having e-commerce experience will be an added value. 
  • Intuitive, proactive, and fast in following the latest technology developments.
