Job Description:

  1. Leading and directing the organisation, especially the operational department of a restaurant 
  2. Responsible for the financial planning of restaurant's ops, especially the restaurant's financial budgeting
  3. Managing manpower, ensuring compliance with SOP, policy, service procedure and standard
  4. Understand technological development and utilise it to develop the company, make the company adaptive and innovative 
  5. Handling complaints and monitoring service restoration procedure 
  6. Responsible for Marketing and Selling planning, capital budget, and annual operational budget
  7. Managing the profitability and ensuring that income target and customer satisfaction are maintained
  8. Have a strong understanding of P&L 

Qualifications:

  1. Finished a Bachelor's Degree (at least)
  2. Experienced in being a GM of a Restaurant (at least 5 years) 
  3. Possess strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  4. Service-oriented, great attention to detail, and possess excellent time management skills
  5. Excellent people training & management skills
  6. Available to work on public holidays and bank holidays, highly mobile
  7. Available to join ASAP.
