A soon-to-operate manufacturing plant specializing in window covering products for the export market based in Batang Jawa Tengah, is seeking a qualified Human Resources Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of extensive knowledge and experience in an HR environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, coaching, negotiation, and consultative skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to gain the respect of leadership and successfully influence key change initiatives.
- Able to speak English is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection - Oversee and manage the recruitment and selection process at all levels of the organization.
- Learning and Development - Assist in the creation, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs to ensure their effectiveness.
- Human Resource Policy - Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive human resource policies across the organization, including training programs aimed at promoting regulatory compliance awareness.
- Human Resource Metrics Reporting and Management - Produce and manage reports on key HR metrics, including compensation and benefits, absenteeism, and turnover rates.
- Performance Management - Deliver performance management programs that promote and sustain a high-performance organizational culture.
