Qualification :

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is typically preferred. 
• Having minimum 8 years of experience in retail operations, preferably within the furniture/FMCG/Retail industry
• A deep understanding of Retail Business Principles, Including Sales, Merchandising, Inventory Management, Human Resources, Project support and Financial performance (Fiscal, Acc, Tax).
• The ability to identify and address operational challenges effectively, while maintaining a strategic perspective 
• Expertise in process improvement, supply chain management, and logistics. 
• A focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness is crucial.
