Lead new product development for our private label brands.
Collaborate with labs and suppliers to create high-performance, cutting-edge formulations.
Manage the entire lifecycle from concept to launch.
Oversee formulation testing, packaging design, and product compliance.
Create & deliver commercial, customer-facing, and financially viable product ranges across the responsible business unit (Beauty, Health & Wellness).
Manage the critical path from concept to buying, react to market changes and challenges.
Manage the merchandise execution and ensure the implementation aligns with strategy.
Conducts regular trading reviews with the teams to maximize sales, stock turn, and profitability.
Develop and manage departmental strategies, ensure growth opportunities and financial ambitions are incorporated, and serve the best needs of the customer alongside business KPIs.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable University.
Minimum 10 years experience handling Skincare or Decorative Product Development with min. 5 years in Senior Managerial Level.
Expertise in managing product development for private brands.
Must have a thorough knowledge of beauty business and sharp business sense.
Strong retail math & analytical skills, detail-oriented. Fluent English is a must.
Has a proven track of leadership and capable to lead a big team.
