We are seeking experienced professional as Finance Accounting Tax General Manager to be placed at our Head Office in Jakarta with the following details:

 

Job Decsription : 

Financial Management:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial performance.
• Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making and business planning.

Accounting Operations:

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and general ledger management.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other accounting functions.

Tax Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all tax regulations (corporate income tax, VAT, etc.).
• Oversee tax filings and reporting, and implement tax optimization strategies.

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor key financial indicators and recommend actions to improve profitability.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor finance, accounting, and tax teams to ensure performance and professional growth.

Risk Management & Compliance:

• Identify financial risks and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax management, preferably in the retail or automotive industry with multi branches.
• In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a large finance department.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Strong understanding of the retail automotive industry’s financial dynamics.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy under pressure.
