Position Overview: 

The Cost Control and Financial Planning Manager will be responsible for implementing a robust cost control system to evaluate and monitor the profitability of our construction projects. Additionally, the candidate will manage our accounting department and handle client billing and timely payment collection to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations..

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive cost control system to monitor and evaluate the profitability of each construction project.
• Provide real-time financial assessment and reporting to support decision-making processes for each project.
• Supervise the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, and timely financial reporting.
• Manage client billing and ensure the timely collection of payments.
• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports on project costs, budgets, and expenditures.
• Collaborate with Project operations, QS and Purchasing departments to ensure financial goals are aligned with project objectives.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to improve financial performance.
• Ensure that all financial operations adhere to company policies and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
• Proven track record in implementing efficient cost control mechanisms within the construction industry.
• Extensive experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with other financial software is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
