Requirements:

·Preferably 6-month exp. In customer service especially chat, email, and voice

·Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

·Min. Diploma/bachelor’s degree and above

·Good customer service, multi-tasking, strong attention to detail

·Working knowledge, good in Ms. Office and fast typing test

·Min. English read, write B1 / B2, willing to work night shifts.

 

Key Responsibilities :

·Handling and resolving customer inquiries/requests.

·Providing excellent services to customers e.g., answering email, chat, and call

·Developing and maintaining acerate files.

·Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner.

·Utilize various Concentrix and client–based tools & applications for customer management and servicing.
