Responsibilities:

  • Do and handle the complain
  • Monitoring complain and investigate
  • Fast response, ability to investigate a complaint 
    - Call center (inbound & outbound)
    - Live Chat
    - Correspondent Email
    - Social Media 
    - Complaint regulator (AFPI & OJK)
    - CRM Tools
    - Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports
    - Product knowledge, frequent quiz within the team
  • Report periodically to the team

 

Requirement:

  • Experienced in Customer Service
  • Background fintech is preferred 
  • Strong both mind and physical 
  • Problem Solver, Analysis skill 
  • Ability to work under pressure & multitask 
  • Teamwork kind of person
  • Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang
  • Willing to join immediately
