• Melakukan panggilan kepada pelanggan untuk mengingatkan service
• Melakukan follow up kepuasan pelanggan
• Membuat report harian terkait hasil follow up
• Berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi dengan pelanggan sesuai SOP Honda
• Follow Up Admin Sales

Kualifikasi :

• Mampu menggunakan komputer (MS. Office), email, internet
• Interpersonal & komunikasi baik
• Penampilan rapi
