Position Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to design and enhance user interfaces for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
• Work with development teams to ensure the implementation of the design specifications.
• Continuously improve the user experience by staying up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
