Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree from reputable/state University with related majors and with GPA >3.00/4.00
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Demonstrated experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience with prototyping and user research tools
• Good team player and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work onsite/offline with our dynamic and creative team at Pesanggrahan, Jakarta Selatan (INA17 Head Office)

Responsibilities:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs
• Partner with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with project goals
• Maintain and develop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms
• Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
