About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize the digital customer experience
- Conduct journey mapping and experience workshops to understand patient pain points.
- Collaborate with other related teams/stakeholders to integrate digital touchpoints that improve experience
- Monitor and analyze key growth metrics of the platform business and provide recommendations based on business performance.
- Identify opportunities and challenges in both new and existing business.
- Identify, develop, and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize platform spending
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, with 3-5 years of professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business from distinguished local or international universities.
- Demonstrated excellence in analytical and problem-solving abilities, showcasing a proven track record in identifying root causes and developing effective action plans.
- Previous experience in consulting firms or technology companies is a valuable asset.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on self-driven initiatives.
- Proficient in English, with exceptional grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in English being a requirement.
- Willing to be placed at our Head Office - Karawaci
