About The Role

At SPE Solution, Product Analyst are the heart of the company. We are looking for a highly motivated Product Analyst who loves building high-impact products. You will be joining a robust, fast-paced team with big goals and dreams.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the financial technology sector. You should possess strong leadership and communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors and eager to learn new technologies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Leading the research and analysis of the competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
• Possess an end-to-end ownership of a product by designing the best feature related to the product and company's needs
• Collaborating with product leads and cross-divisional teams to develop products / features that are useful for users
• Translate high level strategic initiatives into clear and detailed product execution.
• Create detailed requirements with the Data and Tech team in product development life cycle
• Deeply and continuously monitor, plan, analyse, and evaluate features and products.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Working closely with engineering, marketing, project manager and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements within agreed timeframes
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Technical Skill and Experience Requirements:

• Min. 3 years' experience of working on a Product Analyst, Product Manager or an Associate Product Manager or an UI/UX Researcher positionBachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering, Business Studies, equivalent
• Familiarity with tools such as MIRO, Google Spreadsheet, Docs, Slides, and project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, Monday, draw.io, etc.
• Experience with financial technology products, banking tech, e-wallet, e-money, buy now pay later products, or insurance is a plus.
• Previous experience in a high-paced start up environment with exposure to software development and/or mobile application technologies
• Have a sharp product sense and unlimited ideas about how to improve SPE’s product
• Have a high curiosity, initiative, and strong willingness to learn and grow
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, having knowledge in presentation, product development life cycle and agile development
• Experience in Market Research/Pre Sales is a plus
• Understand financial regulations and/or Payment Service Provider licensing, is a PLUS
• Fluence in English, is a MUST
• Having Resilient mindset
• Willing to fully WFO in the 1st 3 months
