Job Description:

• Implement user research and gather insights to understand user needs and behaviors based on user needs. 
• Design and prototype engaging, intuitive interfaces for web and mobile platforms. 
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively. 
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
• Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, system and deliver a consistent experience. 
• Create and manage test cases for post-development testing to ensure product quality and functionality. 
• Participate in the testing process, including UAT, production testing, and ongoing quality assurance, to ensure the product meets both design and technical requirements. 
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Junior to Mid-level designers - Junior with passion to learn are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication using Bahasa - English (at least intermediate) with awesome collaboration skills.
• Proven experience (1-5 years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma Adobe Creative suite (AI / PSD) - Mural or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
