About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing user-centered interfaces and experiences that are both visually appealing and highly functional. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that our products meet the needs of our users.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proven ability to design user interfaces that are both attractive and usable.
• Experience with Figma is required.
• Experience with other design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for design and a willingness to learn new things.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Implement best practices for usability and accessibility.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are implemented as intended.
• Create and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
