University degree in an industrial engineering discipline
2 years of experience in managing cost saving. Experience in Lean and project management and commitment to the Company Lean Approach.
Structured working style, communicative leadership style, assertiveness, moderation and presentation skills, distinctive social competence, open-mindness towards changes, excellent command of the English language (a second foreign language is highly appreciated), competence in process stabilization and optimization (i.e. Six-Sigma, PSO Black-Level)
Have a good knowledge on accounting cycle and system, IFRS and Local GAAP.
Good communication in English.
Able to analyze and problem solving (5 WHY analysis, RCA, fishbone, pareto, FMEA, PDCA & DMAIC)
Your Task:
To prepare weekly project meeting
To process, validate, support new idea receive related to project.
To organize small meetings with each project leaders, which project already approved.
To remind project leader who not yet active to be active again.
To organize, maintain, update booth project.
To analyze and identify potential saving of spare part cost for production.
To check and validate all saving received
To promote or socialize project.
To prepare weekly report including minutes meeting for each project status.
To make sure the incentive for saving created will be paid on time.
To coordinate cost saving program of the company by arranging meeting with project team, getting updates from the project leader
To communicate effectively the program of cost saving with regular updates of the info board, communication campaigns, etc.
To lead the idea system related to the cost saving program or other program.
To do other job-related tasks as assigned by superior.
Working time and location:
2-3 days per week will work in admin areas to get close to the project leader.
Time allocation for working time: cost saving program 80%, LEAN/TPM topic 20%
Reporting line: Dotted line report to Finance Director as cost saving program chairman
