Responsibilities:

• Improving policies, as well as improving the company's project management process.
• Document production creation, development, and execution as well as production scope, budget, and adjustments.
• Plan production management activities and manage the daily activities of various teams to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet company standards.
• Work with other department heads to ensure each department has what it needs to complete production.
• Monitor and evaluate the production process according to the schedule, budget and specifications set
• Ensuring that the team can understand and implement established standards and processes
• Assists in identifying, evaluating and managing production risks
• Provides reports on production performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or engineering; MBA Preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience in Production Management
• Mastering Gantt chart visualisation for project management dashboards
