We're looking for Technician, Site IT who responsible for overseeing the installation, support, and upgrades of systems, which include software and hardware to ensure that proper support is available and all activities related to IT in the business can function smoothly.

Job Descriptions:

• Support all user problem especially IT infrastructure problem (printer, network, computer, laptop, domain, server and application).
• Looking for solution to make sure the problem not repeating.
• Update information about IT infrastructure to improve employee process daily work.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from related major
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as Technician IT
• Familiar with Network, LAN, CCTV, Linux, Windows, HTML, CSS and Javascript, etc.
• Work location: Thamrin, Jakarta
• Fully WFO and able to do work shift duties (if needed)
• Able to communicate in English
