Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and Intervention Incidents
• Analyze and Solve incidents within the SLA
• Colaboration with Belgium engineers to address alert coming from monitoring
• Schedule the patchings that are listed in the documentation portal to be executed manually
• First response on license renewal and following escalation instructions
• Systems technical support for internal and external customers

• Good communicator: communication is key to the good way of working between Indonesia and Belgium, level of English: full proficiency, French/Dutch are a plus
• Teamplayer: working together with the Belgium support engineers and colleagues
• Flexible: Being able to adapt to change in possible hours (shifts) and type of work)
• Pro-active: seeing and picking up work opportunities
• Autonome: Needs to be able to resolve level 1 incidents on itself or with the help of a knowledge base

Hard Skills

• Very good knowledge of Office 365
• Good knowledge in Azure AD
• Experience with Outlook / Exchange
• Experience with Azure Cloud
• Experience with Monitoring tools
• Windows and Windows Server 

Nice To Have

• Experience with PSA/Ticket Tools
• Knowledge of infrastructure configuration such as firewall, access points, switches 
• Linux server

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least an Dimploma Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
• Required language(s): English (C1 CEFR level), Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bandung
