The GrabFood Strategy and Planning team is a dynamic and strategic group within GrabFood, dedicated to driving growth and optimizing performance across a diverse sets of projects.

Get to Know the Role

As the Enterprise Portfolio Manager for GrabFood, you will own and optimize the P&L for a diverse portfolio of over 600 brands. You will manage brand campaigns, execute strategic initiatives, and provide insights to drive growth across the Enterprise portfolio. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a proven track record in campaign management, and the ability to operate independently while aligning with broader organizational goals.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Manage the day-to-day P&L for the Enterprise portfolio, ensuring monthly GMV and Revenue targets are met and aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead the execution of brand-specific campaigns, such as Super Brand Week, Flash Sales, and product launches, collaborating with marketing, city teams, KAMs, and other stakeholders for successful implementation.
• Develop and execute brand-level campaign strategies, adjusting tactics based on budget availability and competitive landscape.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to generate actionable insights, such as segmenting brands by profitability and GMV size.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for central DPMS, city teams, and KAMs on Enterprise demand initiatives, providing feedback and insights from a P&L perspective.
• Lead weekly demand updates for Enterprise teams, and create dashboards to improve visibility on key metrics and business performance.

The Essential Skills You Will Need

• 3-5 years of prior work experience in analytics, strategic planning and/or sales & marketing functions
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in generating insights using data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
