Key responsibilities
- Manage every facet of retail operations, such as sales, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service.
- Maintain a safe and effective working environment by making sure that all business policies, procedures, and operational standards are followed.
- Keep an eye on KPIs related to store performance, such as inventory turnover, customer satisfaction levels, and sales targets, and adjust as necessary.
- Manage and inspire a group of retail colleagues, creating a welcoming and upbeat work atmosphere.
- Establish performance standards and targets for the group, give coaching and feedback on a regular basis, and carry out performance reviews.
