Requirements :
- Experience in leading area sales and dealer management with a proven track record of sales achievement
- Experience as a Trainer and Recruiting Team is a plus
- Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams (External & Internal), including Channel Account Management, Area Retail Managers, and Distributor Sales to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

Roles Responsibilities :
- Strategically planning, monitoring, and achieving promoter sales achievement within designated areas
- Spearheading promotor recruitment and fulfillment efforts to meet quotas within your region
- Organizing and executing comprehensive promotor development programs, including training delivery, evaluation, assessment, and coaching
- Monitoring and ensuring the successful execution of sales processes by promotors in the Retail Management System (RMS)
