Requirements

• Have minimum 2 years experience as a Store Leader/Assistant Manager in retail company (beauty industries)
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree
• Skills : Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Excellent Communication & Interpersonal, Customer Management, Strong Leadership
• Having knowledge about promotion program in store
• Have an experience in retail industries of cosmetics, skincare and beauty it would be a plus
• Willing to be located to Sleman City Hall stores

Job Description

• Promoting all program in a store
• Responsible for achievement of the store with set timeframes
• In charge for all staffs under supervision
• Manage Inventory/stock
• Executing all department activities and operations with respect to organizational SOP's and standards
• Reporting to Operational Manager
