Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the e-commerce operations of related categories or brands: daily operation management such as store revision planning, listing, promotion, sales, and after-sales service on Shopee, Tokopedia and other platforms;
2. Coordinate the allocation of various resources within the store and the company, effectively improve the performance and capabilities of each job, formulate work specifications within the team, and provide effective operational guidance and training management;
3. Responsible for participating in planning store promotion activities, executing and cooperating with official related marketing activities;
4. Collect market and industry information, product analysis, and competitive product analysis to provide a basis for the company to customize online sales products. At the same time, monitor and analyze relevant data (marketing data, transaction data, customer relationships, inventory data), and regularly track and evaluate promotion effects. , promptly mention
5. Come up with marketing improvement measures and give practical improvement plans;
6. Research on relevant platform marketing tools, optimize store and product rankings, propose application plans, increase in-store traffic, increase click-through rates, pageviews, and conversion rates.
7. Monitor sales and prepare reports. Track inventory and manage warehouse inventory
Job Requirements
1. More than 3 years of e-commerce operation experience
2. More than 2 years of experience in operating stores on the Shopee Tokopedia platform;
3. Familiar with Shopee Tokopedia operation and promotion mode:
4. Master refined e-commerce operation skills, external traffic and marketing capabilities;
5. Have good logical thinking ability, overall planning ability and pursuit of excellence;
6. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
