About the role

The Senior UX Researcher is a highly experienced professional responsible for leading and conducting user research to inform the design and development of user-centered products and services. They work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to gather and analyze user data, identify usability issues, and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define research goals and objectives in collaboration with product managers, designers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct user research to gather data about user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
• Analyze research data to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate research findings to product managers, designers, and engineers in a clear and concise way.
• Recommend design solutions based on research findings.
• Manage research projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and reporting

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s / Master's degree in Information Design, Psychology or a related field.

• Min. 6 years of experience in user research, including experience with a variety of research methods, such as usability testing, surveys, and interviews.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Has knowledge related financial services product or industry
• Proven ability to conduct user research.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
