Job Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for project analyst, resource, risk, cost and etc
• Monitor and ensure all the related process run according to the standard
• Update regular reports to direct supervisor related to the project activities
• Collect and store documents and data related with the current project

Job Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical, software, etc.)
• Have minimum of 5 years working experience in PMO with 3 Cycles project management experience or having experience as business analyst
• Having experiences in forestry business is an advantages 
• Understand about forestry business (Plantation. Nursery, Harvesting, R&D)
• Master MS Office project and Excell tools. GANTT charts / templates / analysis and S curve concepts. Bottle necks, critical path, etc. which can affect the projects deadlines and steps achievements, according to project assumptions and deliverables.
• Cost follow up, payment and disbursements., 
• Being involved in projects management – following up all the steps – concept, drawing, costing, approvals, construction, commissioning, handing over, etc).
• Proactive individual who able to take initiatives and perform excellent in a team / cross department
• Fluent in English
• Willing to do business travel to remote area
• Willing to be placed in Serpong area
