Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:

  • Collaborating with marketing teams to develop content strategies aligned with the brand’s objectives.
  • Researching industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to create relevant content.
  • Identifying key themes and messaging that resonate with the target audience.

Content Creation & Curation:

  • Creating content calendars that plan out daily, weekly, or monthly posts.
  • Designing and sourcing graphics, photos, videos, and written content (sometimes with the help of a design team or freelance creators).
  • Ensuring the content aligns with the brand voice and overall marketing goals.
  • Curating third-party content that supports brand values and engages the audience.

Scheduling & Posting:

  • Using social media management tools (like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social) to schedule posts at optimal times for audience engagement.
  • Ensuring content is consistently posted across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

Audience Engagement:

  • Monitoring audience interaction with content, responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Engaging with the community to foster a positive brand image.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Tracking the performance of posts, analyzing key metrics (like engagement rates, reach, and conversions).
  • Adjusting strategies based on insights gathered from analytics tools to improve future content performance.
    Campaign Setup: Manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, or social media ads, ensuring that they are set up correctly and targeting the right audience.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets for paid search campaigns, ensuring that spending aligns with business goals and is optimized for the best ROI.
  • Keyword Bidding: Continuously optimize bidding strategies for keywords, adjusting bids to maximize visibility and conversions within the given budget.
  • Ad Copy Creation: Write compelling ad copy for PPC campaigns that drives clicks and conversions.
  • A/B Testing: Test different ad creatives, keywords, and landing pages to determine the best performing combinations for paid search campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track the performance of PPC campaigns using Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics tools. Provide regular reports and recommendations for optimization.

Collaboration:

  • Working closely with designers, copywriters, marketing teams, and influencers.
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as sales or PR, to ensure content aligns with broader campaigns or product launches.

Additional experiences in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) would be a plus.
