This includes those who manage hospital collaborations at brands or agencies, have sales experience in hospitals, come from companies providing services to hospitals, or work as marketing representatives in hospitals.

As a Medical Relations Leader, you will have many contacts and handle our partners such as hospitals, clinics, schools, and communities. You need strong networking, communication, and teamwork skills. Channel Development also plays an important role in gaining the trust of our partners, such as proposing promotional activities for clients at hospitals, clinics, and schools.

 

Work Responsibilities :

• Find and acquire required channels (hospital, clinic, school, and university) as clients needed for marketing activity campaigns.
• Organizing appointments, briefing, and dealing with hospitals regarding project breakdown and planning.
• Maintain good relationships with many channels.
• Have a creative idea on how to sell channel services by collaborating with the sales team.
• Create proposals, agreements/MoU, reports, payments, and other documents related to channel network projects.
• Monitoring project running well as expected based on KPI and timeline.
• Identifying and establishing new business opportunities between channels and clients.
• Able to solve problems that happen at channels during project running.
• Explore and collaborate with the community at channels.
   

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Aged 21 - 35 years old
• Possess at least a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, management, communication, or a related field.
• Having acquisitor channel networking experience (Hospital, clinic, school, university, etc) will be an advantage
• Having the experience to communicate and negotiate with channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Having a good English skill is an advantage.
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
• Easy to adapt & have teamwork skills.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
