**About the Position:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time teacher to provide personalized education to two children in Grade 1 and Grade 3. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elementary education and be passionate about teaching English, Math, and Science in a supportive and engaging environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to each child's learning style and educational needs.
- Teach English, Math, and Science to students in Grade 1 and Grade 3, ensuring they meet or exceed grade-level expectations.
- Assess students’ progress regularly and adjust teaching methods to meet their evolving needs.
- Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity and a love for learning.
- Communicate regularly with parents about students' progress and any areas requiring additional attention.
- Incorporate creative and interactive teaching methods to keep students engaged and motivated.
- Assist with homework, projects, and preparation for exams.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Certification in elementary education is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in a private or home-school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Grade 1 and Grade 3 curriculum, particularly in English, Math, and Science.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with young children.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to develop and adapt lesson plans according to the individual needs of each child.
