ALGORITHMICS is an international Programming & Mathematics school for children from 5 to 17 years old, with over 800,000 students currently studying globally. In our classes, we help children take the first step into the world of IT and develop their math knowledge by playfully teaching them and finding an individual approach to each child using a unique methodology and specifically developed online platform.

To work, you must be fluent in Indonesian and able to speak in English.

Placement : Jakarta/Surabaya/Bandung/Bandar Lampung, local office.
 

Our  Ideal candidate: 

• Has experience in managing a team of up to 10 people;
• Has experience of working as a director/teacher/prep in a public school or additional education circles;
• Communicative;
• Has experience in customer support and sales;
• Multitasker;
• Has minimal analytical skills.

A big plus:

• Has teaching experience;
• Has experience of working as an administrator in further education schools
• Has a pedagogical/psychological background

Main responsibilities:

• Solving problems children/parents/teachers
• Monitor the atmosphere of the classroom (cleanliness and readiness for the lesson)
• Control and organization of master classes on first sales
• Final stage of hiring teachers
• Quality review of teachers 
• Group scheduling
• Organization of additional activities (masterclasses/ workshops etc)
• Replacement of director when he is off
• Work with debtors
• Handling objections and potential drops
• Parental meetings
• Selection of kids on first stage (conduct test and interview)
