Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate learning programmes
- Facilitate development of materials in collaboration with content experts for learning programmes.
- Work with the management to develop business case course content.
- Prepare and update learning content used in internal training.
- Coordinates and follows up on all corporate, internal and external L&D initiatives and programmes.
2. Support learning programmes delivery
- Communicate learning courses’ schedules and objectives to employees
- Track the usage of technology in learning programmes
- Liaise with internal and external trainers on resources and logistical arrangements
3. Training Evaluation
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, performance evaluations, and other metrics.
- Continuously refine the improve training materials and delivery methods based on feedback and performance data.
4. Learning & Development Plan and Budget
- Ensuring that plan & budget are aligned to the organization’s overall goals and strategic plan as well as for all operational departments to follow through on their training and development commitments
5. Collaboration
- Assist and facilitate the annual Performance Appraisal process to measure and promote good performance and career progression processes
- Analyse data gathered from line managers on competencies required and gaps identified
- Work closely with department heads, HR personnel, and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Collaborate with external training providers or educational institutions as needed to supplement internal training efforts.
6. New Employee Onboarding
- Gather feedback from new joiners about their onboarding experience so as to take proactive actions to address areas for improvement in a timely manner
- Facilitate assimilation of new joiners into the organisation and team through engagement with business units to understand business needs and job requirements.
7. Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluation, and training materials.
- Prepare reports for management detailing the impact of training initiatives on employee performance and organizational goals.
8. Compliance
- Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Stay updated on changes in regulations or best practices related to training and development within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Certifications in Training and Development are a plus.
- Process oriented and adaptive to any given process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders of all levels
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong and creative in problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Stay current with HR industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Willing to take on additional duties when assigned
