Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze the training needs of employees to develop training programs that enhance their know-how, skills, and performance.
- Do Training Needs Analysis,
- Maintain and analyze organization and individual training records to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs.
- Become a mediator and facilitator for participants regarding the implementation of training,
- Able to deliver soft skills training,
6. Evaluate the results of training to determine the effectiveness of the ongoing training program.
Job Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same job function
- Willing to be placed in Grobogan, Central Java, and available for business trips
- Can join as soon as possible
- Able to speak Mandarin
