Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyze the training needs of employees to develop training programs that enhance their know-how, skills, and performance.
2. Do Training Needs Analysis,
3. Maintain and analyze organization and individual training records to monitor the effectiveness of internal and external training programs. 
4. Become a mediator and facilitator for participants regarding the implementation of training,
5. Able to deliver soft skills training,
   6. Evaluate the results of training to determine the effectiveness of the ongoing training program.

 

Job Qualification:

1. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same job function
2. Willing to be placed in Grobogan, Central Java, and available for business trips 
3. Can join as soon as possible
4. Able to speak Mandarin
