SECRETARY
Responsibilities :
- Act as the point of contact between the Partner/Associates and internal/external clients
- Handle phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel & Visa arrangements
- Devise and maintain office filing system
Requirements :
- Between 25 - 35 Years Old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
- Possess Secretarial's Degree will be an advantage
- Work experience as a Secretary minimum 3 years
- Fluent in English is a MUST
- Ability to process Tourism Visa is a MUST
- MS Office proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
- Flexibility and adaptability
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
