We are a law firm at Central Jakarta, currently looking for a:

 

SECRETARY

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the point of contact between the Partner/Associates and internal/external clients
  • Handle phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel & Visa arrangements
  • Devise and maintain office filing system

 

Requirements :

  • Between 25 - 35 Years Old
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
  • Possess Secretarial's Degree will be an advantage
  • Work experience as a Secretary minimum 3 years
  • Fluent in English is a MUST
  • Ability to process Tourism Visa is a MUST
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
